1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services
Tailor Cut Media provides video production services including pre-production, production, post-production, and advertising placement. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or statement of work that outlines the specific scope, timeline, and fees for each project.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Tailor Cut Media retains all intellectual property rights to raw footage, project files, and unreleased materials. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Tailor Cut Media reserves the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes unless explicitly prohibited by a non-disclosure agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due upon delivery of final assets. Late payments may incur fees and delay deliverables.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be provided in writing. Deposits are generally non-refundable once production has commenced. Refunds for unused services may be granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
6. Revisions and Approvals
The number of revision rounds is defined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Final approval from the client is required before delivery, and approval of final deliverables constitutes acceptance of the work as complete.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tailor Cut Media's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
8. Third-Party Content
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or embed third-party content (e.g., Vimeo videos). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Connecticut.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
